System is designed in tower layout and includes raw materials drying, screening, materials storage, metering, mixing and packing

The silo arrangement of dry mortars production line adopts modularization, expand from center to outside. It make substage investment acheived. The control system can finish batching, monitoring and feeding automatically.

During production, equipment lifts the pre-handled materials to the top of silo. Materials flow out by own gravitation, and then batched by computer, conveyed and metered by screw, mixed, packed. The whole production is completed by central control computer system, with high batching accuracy. The equipments are closed, dust free.
